Inclusive Attendance Level 1 Accredited Professional Development Program
Welcome to the Inclusive Attendance online platform—a self-paced, research-informed training programme designed to support all staff in building a strong, inclusive attendance culture. Whether you are part of a British, American, IB, or MoE curriculum school, this UAE-aligned, CPD-accredited course equips teaching and non-teaching staff with the knowledge and practical tools to improve pupil attendance across diverse settings.

The Inclusive Attendance Standard is a recognised UAE and international benchmark of excellence in inclusive attendance. Schools can progress through Bronze (Year 1), Silver (Year 2), Gold (Year 3), Emerald (Year 4), and ultimately achieve the prestigious Platinum award (Year 5) after sustained embedded practice.
What does this program offer?
Schools begin with Bronze certification in Year 1, advance to Silver in Year 2, achieve Gold in Year 3, progress to Emerald in Year 4, and, after five years of consistently maintaining inclusive attendance practices, earn the prestigious Platinum award.
