Dive deep into the Inclusive Attendance Learning Modules and develop a thorough understanding of the pedagogy of attendance practices. This session introduces the four-stage implementation process and guides you in creating a customized attendance strategy for your school.

Stage 2: Developing Teacher Techniques – October 7, 2025
Work closely with our leading consultant to review your school’s progress, share best practices with other school leaders, and network with peers. This stage focuses on refining teacher techniques and enhancing your school’s attendance strategies.

Stage 3: Embedding Practice – January 20, 2026
Reflect on the changes in your school’s attendance culture as you assess how well attendance practices are embedded. A self-assessment will measure your action plan’s progress, identify what’s working well, and highlight areas for improvement. Networking opportunities continue to enhance your school’s practices during this stage.

Stage 4: Inclusive Attendance Standard Assessment – March 31, 2026
Complete a self-assessment with our leading consultant to evaluate your school’s progress and practices. This final stage ensures that your school meets the prestigious criteria to achieve the Bronze Standard. A new action plan will then guide your school toward the Silver Standard in subsequent years.

Upon completing the program, your school will receive a certification as a testament to your commitment to attendance excellence.
