Our Professional Development Delivery Model

The Inclusive Attendance Professional Development Model redefines how schools address attendance. Our goal is to create a culture of accountability where everyone contributes to improving attendance. By recognising the essential roles of all staff, the model delivers high‑quality professional development through six expertly designed Learning Modules, each crafted to deepen educators’ understanding of their responsibilities.

This approach fosters inclusivity and emphasises collective responsibility, anchored in four key domains: professional practice, ongoing learning, evidence‑based research, and innovative leadership.

Guided by research from leading theorists, the model integrates mental health and restorative practices, equipping schools to implement interventions that promote belonging for all students. It addresses equity challenges while enhancing emotional resilience, social learning, and well‑being.

Every programme is carefully aligned to national frameworks, local terminology, contextual challenges, and the latest research, ensuring staff can confidently strengthen their roles and responsibilities within their own unique settings.
